Our client was a passenger in a vehicle.and while they were driving, the vehicle to their left, came over into their lane causing their vehicle to have to swerve to the right to avoid a collision. When the client’s vehicle swerved to the right, it contacted a third vehicle that was traveling to the right of the clients vehicle. Even though the car to the left of the clients vehicle (that came into their lane and started this chain reaction) never made contact with our client’s vehicle, the driver of the vehicle on the left did stop and did not flee the scene. Through our negotiations with the vehicle on the left of our client’s vehicle, we were able to convice them to pay their full policy limits and we were alos able to get additional compensation from our clients through their own undrinsured insurance policy.
